Good morning, September

Not too long until my little sister's birthday now.

And then, the other sister's.

And then mine!

I have been hanging out with Andrew a bit. Lee is now back in Bangkok. But he still works in one place only in Bangkok. He will decide where else he will work in a few weeks.

I've finally joined the gym. Yesterday was my first time. Once I put on my gym outfit, I didn't want to get out of the changing room. I looked like a bloody beach whale. God help me, my arse is the size of the US of A. Very embarrassing.

Anyway, my instructor encouraged me to burn 200kcal on the treadmill, after showing me around how the machines work. I thought I was going to die after getting off the thing.

But it's a nice start though. I'm going to work out regularly. The gym is just next door from my office. And I have Andrew, in case I need someone to carry me home.

Good thing is that my body is not in pain today. So, I had lunch with Andrew (Sunday roast seemed a bit too much though) and played a few pool games.

I'm still shite at it, but I did make a few impressive shots (fluke).
