The bloodless coup has been in charge less than a week. They say they will hand everything over to a new civilian Prime Minister within two weeks, and they will step down. They are still insisting that.
I'm still at my parents' house. There are a lot less soldiers in this neighbourhood.
No humvees. :(
Anyway, it will be very interesting the next few weeks. It's been reported in local newspaper that Toxin wasn't very happy that the coup leaders wouldn't release his men from custody, and allegedly said it would be "payback" time soon.
Funny how 1.9 billion USD couldn't make people happy. :)
